Welcome to Zixmart. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or making a purchase on Zixmart, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

3. Wallet Terms

• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
• Wallet can only be used for purchases on Zixmart.
• Refunds from cancelled or returned orders are credited to the wallet.
• Wallet topup requests are processed only after admin verification.
• In event of account termination, unused wallet balance may be forfeited.

4. Purchases & Orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Orders may be cancelled if the seller is unable to fulfill them.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. Eligible refunds are credited to your Zixmart Wallet within 3-5 business days. Certain product categories may not be eligible for returns. See our Return Policy for details.

6. Seller Terms

• Sellers must accurately describe products and maintain adequate stock.
• A commission fee is deducted from each sale per the agreed commission rate.
• Sellers are responsible for shipping orders within the promised timeframe.
• Fraudulent listings or activities will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
• Attempting to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Harassing other users or staff
• Using automated bots to scrape or interact with the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Zixmart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
