1. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.00. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹49.00 applies.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: Available on select products (next day or same day)
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement. You will receive a confirmation notification once the seller ships your order, including a tracking number.
4. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order at any time from My Orders or by using the Track Order button on your order page. We partner with leading logistics providers to give you real-time updates.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently deliver only within India.
- Some products may have restricted delivery areas due to size or regulations.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is available in most pin codes.
6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to the seller. In this case, a refund will be credited to your wallet as per our Return Policy.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours at support@sectrox.in or raise a support ticket. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or wallet refund.
8. Multiple Seller Orders
If your order contains products from multiple sellers, you may receive separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
